Hey There! NaNoWriMo is almost here!! The goal for this here writer for the National Novel Writing Month? To completely write—from start to finish—the 4th novel in my When Girlfriends… series! I’ve done a lot of plotting, particularly today when I broke out the Post-It notes to get my ideas in a chronological order. Usually there’s a wild display of colorful Post-Its about, but I was on a roll and today I just kept busting out event after event on one pink note after another. And, well…as you can see…I covered the living room floor. (Which reminds me. I still need to clean them up before I put dinner on—a zucchini and pesto soup for the rainy weather.)
Also, if you’re a fellow writer who’s participating in the event this year, then come on over and buddy me! We can encourage each other to get those 50,000+ words done!
In other authory news: When Girlfriends Step Up paperbacks are NOW HERE!! On Amazon. And boy-oh-boy was I happy to receive a few in the mail! And I really love how the new book looks next to its sister. :)
One last point to share today. COMMENTS! Yup, Comments have been installed right here on my Blog. I finally decided that it would be a nice idea, especially since I’ll be participating in the sure-to-be-a-fire-hit Blog Hop with Carrie Ann’s Blog Hops’ Black Friday Blog Hop where readers will be looking to comment and hopefully win some fun stuff. That Hop will be going on on the 23rd of November, all day long, and I can’t wait to participate in it.
